Returns Policy

Returns 

We will be happy to help you if you are unhappy with a product purchased through Best Grip. You may return new, unopened and unused socks within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Socks that have been tried on cannot be returned. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping will not be refunded only the actual cost of the socks ordered unless the socks are defective or as a result of our error.

If an item is damaged through misuse/abuse, or incorrect care procedures, the product will not be refunded or replaced.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.

 

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES 

For shipment towards non-New Zealand countries, goods are subject to customs duties and possible taxes. Any additional tax necessary to clear package through customs will be paid in full by the recipient including. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

Duties and taxes may differ from country to country and are charged when the goods reach their destination. For further information regarding duties and clearance, please contact your local customs offices.
